Can I really send real cold emails from the Free plan?
Yes — Free includes 50 emails per month with full sending, AI prospect discovery, tracking and reply detection. Your emails carry a small "Sent with ProspectFlow" footer. Upgrade removes it.
Do I need my own SMTP, or do you provide one?
You bring your own SMTP — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Postmark, Amazon SES, any RFC-compliant SMTP works. Your domain, your reputation. ProspectFlow paces sends and enforces daily limits to protect it.
How does the AI prospect finder work?
Describe your ideal customer in plain English (segment, region, role). The AI generates targeted search queries, scans the live web, extracts contact emails from team / about / contact pages, validates them against the right registrable domain, and adds them to your prospect list — deduplicated.
Is cold email even legal?
B2B cold email is legal in most jurisdictions when you (1) clearly identify yourself, (2) provide a working unsubscribe mechanism, and (3) honour opt-outs immediately. ProspectFlow adds a visible Unsubscribe link plus the RFC 8058 `List-Unsubscribe` and `List-Unsubscribe-Post` headers Gmail and Yahoo require since Feb 2024. The compliance plumbing is on by default — your job is to keep your message relevant.
What happens when someone replies?
Connect your IMAP and ProspectFlow ingests replies automatically. Repliers are flagged in the campaign, excluded from any follow-ups, and you can act on the thread from your normal inbox.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. Your data stays available on the Free tier — we never lock you out of your own prospects.
