Does ProspectFlow have an Apollo-sized prospect database?
No. We do not maintain a static B2B database. The AI finds prospects on the live web at the moment you ask, which is fresher but typically narrower for any single search. For most cold-outreach workflows that's the right trade-off — fewer, higher-quality leads — but if your strategy is bulk-blast against a fixed database, Apollo is closer to that.
Can I use my Apollo lists with ProspectFlow?
Yes. Export to CSV from Apollo → import via Prospects → Add prospects → Upload CSV. Your enrichment data (job title, company, custom fields) carries over.
Why your own SMTP?
