How long until I get a reply?
Usually under 24 hours on weekdays. Pro and Ultra plans get priority support with under 4-hour responses.
My emails are landing in spam — what should I do?
Deliverability depends on your SMTP provider, your domain reputation, and the content of your emails. Start by warming up your domain, setting SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and reducing send volume. Our docs cover this in detail.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund partial months, but if something went wrong on our side, contact us — we'll make it right.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime. Settings → Export. You get a ZIP with all your prospects, campaigns, and email events as CSV.
