Why use my own SMTP instead of a shared pool?
A shared pool means your inbox placement depends on what other senders on the same IPs are doing. With your own SMTP — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Postmark, SES — your reputation is isolated. The trade-off: you handle warmup. We make that easier with built-in daily limits and SMTP rotation on paid plans.
Can I migrate my Instantly campaigns?
Yes. Export your prospect lists as CSV from Instantly and import them through Prospects → Add prospects → Upload CSV. Templates can be copy-pasted into Templates.
Does ProspectFlow warm up my mailbox for me?
We pace sends and enforce daily limits to protect a cold mailbox, but full inbox-to-inbox warmup networks aren't part of the platform yet. The recommended path is to warm with a dedicated tool (Mailwarm, Warmup Inbox) for the first 2-4 weeks and then send through ProspectFlow.
What about compliance — CAN-SPAM, GDPR, Gmail's bulk sender rules?
Every outbound email includes a visible Unsubscribe link, a `List-Unsubscribe` header, and `List-Unsubscribe-Post: List-Unsubscribe=One-Click` (RFC 8058), so it satisfies the 2024 Gmail and Yahoo bulk sender requirements out of the box. Opt-outs are honoured immediately across all your future campaigns.
Is there an open API?
Yes. The whole platform sits on Supabase Postgres with RLS, so you can push prospects from your CRM or any internal tool. A documented REST surface is on the roadmap.
