We collect information you provide directly: account details (email, company name), SMTP credentials, prospect data you upload or generate, and campaign content. We also collect usage data (page views, feature usage) and technical data (IP, browser).

2. How we use it

• To provide the service: send your campaigns, generate AI emails, track results.
• To improve the product: aggregate, anonymized analytics.
• To communicate with you: account updates, billing, support replies.

3. Third parties

We use Supabase (database, auth), Stripe (payments), and AI providers (Google, Anthropic) to operate the service. We never sell your data.

4. Your rights

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your settings page, or by emailing privacy@prospectflow.app.
