By using ProspectFlow you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable use

You may use ProspectFlow for legitimate B2B outreach only. You must not send spam, harass recipients, scrape personal data, or violate any anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL). Every email must include a working unsubscribe mechanism and your real business identity.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and SMTP details secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, especially those that damage our sending reputation or break the law.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about deliverability rates, AI output quality, or commercial outcomes.
