The Reply.io alternative for teams whose channel is email.
Same AI cold email loop, focused on the one job. Bring your SMTP, find prospects with AI. Flat pricing from $29/mo, no per-seat upcharges.
Reply.io is a complete sales engagement suite — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, calls. That's valuable if you run all of those channels. If email is your real channel, you're paying for surface you don't use, plus a per-seat price that grows with the team. ProspectFlow is the opposite stance: do cold email end-to-end, flat monthly price, your own SMTP, prove it on the free tier first.

Why founders switch from Reply.io to ProspectFlow
Cold email, not a 6-channel suite.
Reply.io stacks email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls into one workflow. Powerful — and expensive — if you actually run all of those. If your channel is email, you're paying for surface you'll never use. ProspectFlow is built end-to-end for one job done well.
Flat pricing, not per-seat.
Reply.io is per-user. A two-person team is already $118/mo before any add-ons. ProspectFlow is one flat price — Starter $29, Pro $99, Ultra $299 — regardless of how many people on the team open it.
Try with real sends, not a tour.
Free plan with 50 real sends and full feature access. Prove the model works for your audience before paying anyone.
Frequently asked
Should I leave Reply.io if I use the multichannel features?
Probably not — if you're actively running LinkedIn + WhatsApp + calls alongside email, Reply.io covers all of that and the suite price makes sense. ProspectFlow is the better choice when email is the channel you actually rely on and the extra surface is unused weight.
Can I migrate my Reply.io sequences?
Yes. Export your prospect lists as CSV from Reply.io and import them through Prospects → Add prospects → Upload CSV. Sequences need to be rebuilt in the campaign wizard — the data models are too different to import cleanly.
Does ProspectFlow support email warmup?
Not built-in yet. We pace sends with jittered delays and per-SMTP daily caps to protect a warm mailbox, but inbox-to-inbox warmup networks aren't part of the platform. The recommended path is a dedicated warmup tool for 2-4 weeks before the first real campaign.
What about A/B testing?
Subject-line A/B testing is on the roadmap. Today, the cleanest path is to duplicate a template, change the subject in one, split your list, and compare reply rates after a week.
How is the prospect data sourced?
The AI scans live company websites for contact emails published on their own team / about / contact pages, validates them against the right domain, and deduplicates. No purchased database, no stale rows.
